TRANSCRIPTION FEES: ors 21.345
Oregon State Legislature governs the fees that can be charged by a transcriptionist. Transcripts for cases on appeal are currently set at $4.25 per page. Private party requests for transcripts will be negotiated based on the type of transcript, length and quality of the audio/video files provided, and the deadline for completion of the transcript.
