For example, when you reach out to our customer support team, we may ask for your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other contact information so that we can verify your identity and communicate with you. Service Specific Confidentiality.
JK Hill Transcripts has filed a Certificate of Compliance for Preparation of Transcripts on Appeal with the Oregon Judicial Department, Appellate Court Services Division.
As part of our Services we may obtain audio and video recordings from Oregon trial court's, law firms, law enforcement, or private parties. We may also obtain any associated court and legal documents pertaining to such recordings.
JK Hill Transcripts does not communicate any information of case proceedings with anyone other than the engaging party or state court officials, except to make arrangements for preparation, copying, or delivery of transcripts.
Once transcription is completed and Services have settled, all confidential information, including audio and video recordings and associated documents, are permanently deleted and/or destroyed.
